Refund Policy for IndianXCloud VPS Services

 

At IndianXCloud, we strive to deliver reliable and high-performing VPS hosting solutions to meet our customers' needs. However, if you are unsatisfied with our VPS services, you may be eligible for a refund under the conditions outlined in this policy.

1. Eligibility for Refund

First-Time Purchases: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new customers who purchase VPS services. If you are dissatisfied with the VPS performance or features, you can request a refund within the first seven days of service activation.

No Refund for Renewals: 

Refunds are not available for subscription renewals or recurring payments unless there is a technical issue that remains unresolved by our support team.


2. Non-Refundable Conditions


Refunds are not applicable under the following circumstances:


Custom Configurations: VPS with custom specifications or tailored setups.

Usage Violations: If the VPS was used to engage in activities that violate our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy (e.g., spamming, illegal activities, or abuse of resources).

Add-On Services: Additional services such as control panel licenses, third-party software, or management add-ons are non-refundable.

Beyond the Guarantee Period: Refund requests made after the 7-day money-back guarantee period will not be processed.


3. Refund Request Process


To request a refund:


Contact Support: Submit a refund request by emailing support@indianxcloud.in or through the customer support portal. Provide your account details, order number, and the reason for the refund.

Verification: Our team will verify your request to ensure compliance with the refund policy.

Approval & Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.



4. Important Notes


Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be considered for cases involving extended downtime or service disruptions caused by IndianXCloud, subject to investigation.

Promotional Offers: Services purchased under special promotions, discounts, or coupons are not eligible for refunds unless explicitly stated.

Account Standing: Refunds are only issued for accounts in good standing without violations of IndianXCloud’s policies.


5. Amendments to Policy

IndianXCloud reserves the right to amend or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Updated versions of the policy will be published on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
